MY WEEKLY SCHEDULE FOR INTERCESSORY PRAYER
DAILY: Personal needs, family, recent converts, ministry, my
pastor/church elders.
SUNDAY: My church leaders, godly leaders, church ministries
MONDAY: Churches on the island, fellow believers
TUESDAY: Teachers and friends, my school, fellow believers
WEDNESDAY Those in authority, those in prison, church workers
THURSDAY Lost and backsliders, aliens, the sick, homebound, orphans,
widows
FRIDAY Home missionaries, the persecuted, foreign missionaries
SATURDAY: Special heart burdens, the children, revival
Keep a prayer journal so that you can write specific prayer requests in the different areas and record answers to prayer. For example, begin praying for home missionaries by name and for recent converts by name. Do not pray merely for all the lost people in the world. Keep a list of people you know. Do the same thing for the sick and for other areas.
